For those of you that don’t know, our boy Alert is heavy into Lowriders since the 90’s. July 29 is a Lowrider Cruise presented by eight08.net. For all of you that own one or just wanna see what its all about, check this out and leave your attitudes at home. This ain’t your typical As Seen On TV event or on movies depecting Low-Lows as gangstas and thugs. These are classic american muscle car lovers that do it their way… Like the Hip Hop culture; the Lowrider culture is a strong force and with its own elements, music, and style. Being so fortunate to reside in Hawaii aka “The Rocks” we are exposed to both the west coast scene, east coast, and everything in between. Just like the mixture of ethnicities in Hawaii so are the cultures and that makes Hawaii fortunately unique.
From time to time, our boy Alert will be posting and updating us on the Lowrider scene in Hawaii to keep things interesting. Just goes to show that Xprmnt is not your typical heads….
